Before you follow these steps to clear your history and Internet cache, you should exit this webpage and go to a different "safe" page like your homepage. You might want to print out or write down these instructions.

Internet Explorer:

1. From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options. The Microsoft Internet Explorer Options window will appear.
   
2. To clear your cache, choose the Delete Files button in the Temporary Internet Files area. Check the box to delete all off-line content and then choose OK in the dialog box that appears.
   
3. To clear your history files, choose the Clear History button in the History area and then choose OK in the dialog box that appears.

Netscape Communicator:

1. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences. The Netscape Preferences Window will appear.
   
2. Click on the + next to Advanced to expand the Advanced Menu.
   
3. Select the Cache menu item.
   
4. Click on the Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache buttons.
   
5. Choose OK.
