FALL EVENTS FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT SERVICES & CRIME VICTIM ASSISTANCE
Clothesline Project: September 30, 2009 9-5
The Clothesline Project is a visual display bearing witness to all forms of interpersonal violence.
Join us at Voorhees Mall, CAC to view over 200 shirts made by RU students. Survivors and loved ones are welcome to make a shirt to include on the line.

Silent Witness Exhibit
Silent Witness is a memorial to residents of Middlesex County murdered by acts of domestic violence. Join us in the Rutgers Student Center MPR, 10/05/09 – 10/07/09 from 9 AM – 9 PM.

Sexual Assault Response Team Training
Become a confidential Sexual Violence Advocate! Trained Advocates provide crisis intervention, support, information, and medical and legal accompaniment for victims of sexual assault. The completion of a 40 hour training, held on Thursday evenings and 1 Saturday is required. Training sessions will begin September 24th and ends December 10, 2009 and are from 5-9 pm. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older, graduate students or faculty/staff, and have transportation.

Men For an End is an organization of men working toward eliminating sexual and domestic violence against women.

Help organize the Take Back the Night rally and march! Take Back the Night is a rally and march against gender-based violence. The event occurs in April and we are looking for anyone interested in joining the planning organization.
